Antique G A Topp & Co framing square.   As you can see from the photos, the square is in good condition for its age.
The wooden body shows signs of wear typical for a tool of this age.  The steel has some staining and patina but it otherwise in good condition.  The markings on the front are the principal scale showing pitch and span.  The back markings are the hip and valley scale.
The set screw turns cleanly and locks in the bevel angle.
Overall, the square is approximately 6 5/8" tall and 12" wide.  The inside of the steel is approximately 8 3/8" wide and 4 7/16" tall.
I lightly cleaned the square using nonabrasive techniques.
