The product must be returned with all accessories, manuals and power cords and must be in the same cosmetic condition in which you received it. Items that show excessive wear or show signs of misuse will not be covered under this warranty. The company cannot be held responsible for in-transit damage or packages that are not delivered to us. If for any reason the item arrives damaged or DOA, it can be returned for a full refund. Otherwise, if the item shows signs of usage, i.e., fingerprints, untied cables, broken packaging, etc., the re-stocking fee will be 20%.
