The unit was a display model and is considered new open box. Comes with Manufacturer warranty. The unit does not come in manufacturer packaging. All accessories are included in the original packaging except the Powercord with Junction Box (a dollar item). There are no scratches or dents at all and I would consider the condition excellent. This item includes the drain hose, the mounting hardware, includes the toe kick, includes the insulation blanket, includes all sealed manuals, and includes the edge gap fillers.
